If you are new and seeking 1:1 pain and movement support, you can book an initial consultation directly.

During the initial consultation we explore your history, how pain or symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what may be contributing to them. From there we can begin to make sense of the bigger picture and develop a realistic, personalised plan to support you moving forward.

Online Pain & Movement Support
