Chiropractors use a range of techniques to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility, including hands-on mobilisation of the spine and joints, soft tissue massage, or a range of other techniques they are qualified in and give you advice on exercise, self help, diet and lifestyle.

Karyn also provides movement and exercise rehabilitation programmes for pain and injury as well as improving overall health and wellbeing. This is combined with other approaches, including:

  • Joint manipulation/mobilisation

  • Soft tissue mobilisation & massage
