It’s shaped by your nervous system, movement habits, stress levels, sleep, beliefs, past experiences, and daily life. That doesn’t mean it’s “all in your head” — it means your body is doing its best to protect you, even when that protection becomes unhelpful.

Our role is to help you make sense of what’s happening, reduce sensitivity in your system, and guide you toward sustainable, self-directed recovery.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include gentle manual care (including McTimoney Chiropractic when appropriate), Clinical Hanna Somatic movement, movement-based rehabilitation, and simple education around how pain works.
Manual therapy can create a window of opportunity for change however lasting improvement comes from learning, movement, and retraining your system over time.
You remain actively involved in your recovery. My role is to guide, support, and empower you.
