Why My Approach Is Different

If you’ve tried things before and they haven’t fully worked, this might help explain why. Pain is not always just about one structure, one scan result, or one tight muscle.

For many people, pain is shaped by a combination of irritation, protection, movement habits, stress, past injury, poor sleep, reduced confidence, and the way the body has adapted over time.

That is why my work does not stop at hands-on treatment.

I combine rehabilitation, pain education, movement-based approaches, and hands-on care where appropriate to help you:

  • understand your pain more clearly

  • reduce unhelpful sensitivity and tension

  • rebuild confidence in movement

  • improve day-to-day function

  • develop practical self-management skills

The goal is not to keep you dependent on appointments. It is to help you feel more capable, more confident, and better supported in your recovery.
