Clinical Somatics

Classes, Workshops & Online Learning

Explore structured somatic movement in small groups, immersive workshops, or guided online programmes , all grounded in Clinical Somatics.

In-Person Weekly Classes

Small group sessions held in Henlow / Letchworth, designed to provide guided somatic movement in a calm and supportive setting.

These classes focus on:

• Reducing habitual muscular tension
• Improving coordination and internal awareness
• Developing voluntary control
• Building a simple and sustainable home practice

Movements are slow, structured and progressive. You work at your own pace. There is space for questions and light individual guidance within the group.

These sessions suit those who:
– Prefer in-person learning
– Value hands-on correction cues
– Want a consistent weekly practice
– Are managing persistent tension or stiffness

Online Weekly Classes (Live)

Live guided somatic movement sessions delivered online, allowing you to practise from home.

Online classes follow the same structured approach as in-person sessions, with clear instruction and gradual progression.

You’ll need:
– A quiet space
– A mat or comfortable floor surface
– A stable internet connection

Online sessions are ideal if you:
– Live further away
– Prefer practising in your own environment

Sessions are recorded, allowing you to revisit movements during the week.
